How Long Is Shipping & Handling ?

A: Please Allow 1-2 Day Processing After Payment Submission. 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS( Saturday & Sunday Not Included). Vendors Ship Express Via FEDEX, though this timing is accurate, delays do happen in transit *** IF YOU ARE NOT PATIENT DO NOT SHOP !

When Will I Get A Tracking # ?

A: As Soon As The Vendor Supplies The Tracking # To Me , You Will Receive A Email With Your Tracking #.

What Is The Hair Density On Wigs ?

A:The Wigs From Both Vendors Are 200% Density. **** Mi-le hair vendor does offer 160 & 180 density (If you’re interested in those , you may message me via email or business page so I can give you a estimate)

Which Shipping Method Do I Select ?

A: YOU MUST *** Select 20.00 Shipping , Or Your Order Will Be CANCELLED & REFUNDED. This Hair Is Shipping From A Different Part Of The World , So The Shipping Is Pricey.

Can I Mix & Match With The Vendors !

A:NO ! They are two different vendors , if you do mix & match you will have to pay another $20.00 for the shipping fee. I recommend sticking with one vendor because these two vendors hair quality is way different.

Will you be adding 613 ?

A: Yes In The Future I Will Be Adding More Vendors & Hair Textures.

How Many Bundles Can I Purchase ?

A: You May Order As Many Bundles You Want , But It Must Be A minimum of TWO !!

What Is The Cap Sizes On Wigs ?

A: The Normal Cap Sizes On Wigs Are 22.5 Inches, Most Wigs Are Premade In This Size. (I will insert a photo)

Can change my wig cap size?

A: YES!! But NOTE That in the description box before check out. Normal premade wigs are 22.5. If You Decide To Get A Cap Size Change your processing & delivery time WILL BE PUSHED BACK *** Possibly 4 Extra Processing Days For BOTH VENDORS.
